AFC Urgent Care Hartsdale

What a wonderful doctor. I have been to this location twice and was treated quickly and effectively. The second time they werent busy so I was in and out within a half hour. But the staff and doctor are all wonderful, I had the same doctor and he is fast, wise, and treated me correctly and I kind of wish he was my primary! Thanks to everyone!

The doctor was fabulous but when I went to have my FMLA paperwork done the male that took it said “ I CAN ONLY WRITE DOWN WHAT IS IN YOUR CHART.” I never asked him to lie and I was appalled at the insinuation that I would. I am a Black woman and I feel like he only said that because of my race!!! How dare he. I was given 7 days to be out and I only used 3 of them. He should be given a sensitivity training!!!!!!!!

I had an excellent experience From the moment I walked in, the receptionist greeted me warmly, and I was seen immediately, which is so rare in urgent care scenarios. Both the nurse and the doctor were incredibly professional, attentive, and efficient, making what could have been a stressful visit very smooth and reassuring. Im truly impressed by the high level of care and professionalism displayed by the entire team. Highly recommended for anyone needing prompt medical attention!

The doctors here are inconsistent. One doctor didnt see me for more than 5 minutes and didnt answer any of my questions. Another one answered my questions and gave me recommendations for specialists to see. I recommend to call to make sure the doctor you like is there so you dont have a bad experience. However, since they arent reliable and they dont take my pain seriously, I wont be going back. Be careful and make sure to find a reliable urgent care with kind doctors, since sadly theyre hard to find.

I love how clean the facility is. And how polite and professional the staff is. I hate to have to come there because Im sick, but once Im there the staff makes me feel welcome every time. Thanks !

Ive been to this location twice. Once for poison ivy and a second time for stitches on my hand. Professional, simple and easy going. Both times it took no more than 10 minutes to get called in. Highly recommend this urgent care. Stay healthy all!

I first went to AFC at the beginning of the pandemic for testing and had a positive experience, so I went back yesterday with my husband (his first covid testing) for a viral panel test as we are both sick. No appointment needed, everyone is caring and friendly and we were seen quickly. We got our results in 24 hours as promised! I must give a shout out to Amanda, who went above and beyond in her response on the phone when I called for some information before deciding to go in. And she took care of us when we were there with our testing, but also with her compassion and concern and taking time to talk and explain, without us feeling rushed along. I agree with an earlier reviewer who called her a gem. She is. AFC is lucky to have her on staff!

Great, professional, caring staffYes I waited over an hour but its cold, flu, covid and RSV season thats adding to the wait time. People are sick or injured or need medical clearance. An hour at urgent care is better than 18 hours in the ER. Just imagine how worse it would be to try and get medical attention and there arent any urgent care centers. So please be kind to the staff if you have a long wait time. Theyre doing the best they can.

By far, the best facility for care. The staff is cordial, professional and very accommodating. The Drs take the time to make sure you understand any medical issues you may have. I have gone for both myself and my adult daughter on at least 5 occasions to date and never left the facility uninformed or without a valid diagnosis.

This AFC Urgent Care has been the best Urgent Care I have been to in Westchester County. The staff were so kind, professional and there was not a long wait. I wish more Urgent Care offices could reflect their service as this Urgent care did. Thank you!!!

I was very impressed with everyone I met, from the front desk to the doctor and everyone in between. They were all personable and professional. Even the person who answered the phone when I initially called with a question was very friendly and helpful.

This is the first time I’ve been to any urgent care and I’m happy I chose that one because my daughter told me they have the best friendly staff and she was absolutely right!!!The nurse who took care of me Noreen was a doll and Dr. DiRago couldn’t have been any sweeter. We had a few laughs as well.🤣I was very very comfortable with the whole atmosphere. Everything was clean and spotless.

Never come here if youre sick. The wait time is horrible- approx 35 mins. When I arrived there was only one person in the waiting room. I was asked what I was in for, but never informed how long the wait could be. Which I think is fair to provide a sick person. It was my first and last time visiting this location.

This was my family first time at this urgent care and everyone was very professional and friendly from the front desk to the MD. Our visit was even on a holiday (Labor Day). You can see that they enjoy what they do and like where they work. Would definitely recommend to others.

I had an excellent experience. The medical assistant was so thorough I thought she was the doctor! The doctor was also exceptionally thorough, kind, thoughtful and immediately had a solution and made us feel sure we were receiving excellent clinical care. It was obvious you have an amazing clinician on site. I have already recommended the urgent care to my other mom friends! Our baby is feeling better with less than 24 hours of antibiotics and I could not be more thankful for this unusuallly thorough and excellent experience in the typically broken American healthcare system.

Although I live in Northern Westchester now I still rather drive to this Urgent Care location in Hartsdale. Staff is fantastic. Same doctor that has been there for many years. He is very kind and sweet. Rare to find such caring doctors these days. This is a great facility. Thank for always being so caring.

Amanda did my swab, was very patient and knowledgeable about what I was dealing with. Absolutely great experience with her. I don’t usually feel comfortable when I do that. However, Amanda was very helpful.

Amanda (nurse) was so caring, friendly, understanding and knowledgeable that I just had to come on google to write a review for her. She asked thoughtful questions and really made me feel like I was in good hands. I would go back here just for her. She is a gem.

I have been coming here since they first opened, I came in when I got hurt at work, and I have come in I was not feeling probably about 5 or 6 times and they are always professional, greet you when you come in, the assistants are great and the doctors have all been great.

This particular franchise must have changed hands since the last time I was there. The lobby area smelled. The MA who came in to take my history before a tetanus booster didnt write anything down, didnt take my BP, or O2 sat, or ask about allergies. The nurse who followed to give me a shot didnt even look at the cut, much less offer to clean it. He just jabbed a needle in my arm and only gave me a record of the vaccine bc I asked for it. Truly sub standard care. Stay awayUpdate: I dont appreciate that the manager called me at work today, accessing my phone number in patient records (surely a violation of privacy in spirit if not at law) in an effort to intimidate me. As I said, shameful. Stay away

WHERE ARE MY RESULTS??? 😡I went to the AFC in Hartsdale on a MONDAY and paid a $50 COPAY to have a kid put a QTip up my nose. He had no name tag and when I asked him What does FNP-BC mean? which was one of the titles on the business cards, he had no clue. (Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certified) There were NO NURSES or DOCTORS in sight!I needed the results to be cleared for SURGERY by FRIDAY. At 3am FRIDAY, I had received NO RESULTS...NO EMAIL, NO CALL, NO TEXT!!! NOTHING!This oversight could likely cost me the chance to have a surgery I have been planning for 6MONTHS!!!The receptionists at the desk were polite but seemed very disinterested. One was even designing a pair of shoes at her station.Do yourself a favor and go to a REAL HOSPITAL for better health care, quicker & more accurate results & a lower copay.Not even my SURGEON charges such a HUGE COPAY!!!UPDATE: After reporting the above issue, the director DID refund my $50. Many Thanks!

Made an appointment on their website. It took 20 minutes to upload all the information requested. when I got there I was told they only took walk-ins and gave me a paper form to complete with all the info I had already uploaded on their web site. I even showed them the confirmation email showing the date and time of the appointment. Both receptionists and the manager looked totally confused and instead of apologizing the manager told me to relax. One of the receptionists even said they cant test for strep - one of the easiest procedures there is! What kind of medical facility cant test for strep?I walked out! Totally incompetent and absolute shambles. BEWARE!

It was a quiet, clean place. I was greeted very well for my first time. I was there for less than an hour. Any test needed were provided/given. I would recommend and go again.

I went here with my son for a covid test after City MD in Whiteplains refused to allow us to wait in our car because their reception area was crowded. I’m so happy I did. The nurse was very attentive and friendly. Our doctor took her time with my son and didn’t rush us out. They were very thorough checking everything to make sure there wasn’t something else going on with him. I would definitely recommend this place and wouldn’t hesitate to go back if need be.

This is the worst urgent care I have ever been to. They care only for making money.Months ago, I went here with my pregnant wife. they told her she was covid positive and pregnancy negative, mixing her results. Then, they told her to take robitussin, a medicine she is unable to take with the medication she informed them she was on.Recently, I went in with cold and flu symptoms after being exposed to strep. I had an employee who I can only describe and new. she repeatedly only wanted to test me for covid- rapid and pcr. I had to ask 3x to he tested for strep. After my tests, I was told theyd call me in 24 hrs to inform me of my results. No one called.When I called in, the person on the phone could not explain my results. They only told me if I was positive, theyd call. Otherwise, I guess its my problem. I called again today and was told that my test was negative but, if I want a prescription to aid with my symptoms, i need to go in again and be re-evaluated (and pay another $50 copay).This urgent care has no regard for the well-being of its patients. drive 5 minutes to another one.

Staffing was great on my 2 visits , Oct 4 2022 and October 6,2022. Now the Doctor on the other hand gets a -0 for everything . Second visit because still suffering from throat discomfort, no throat culture was take on the 1st visit now it’s being done on this 2nd visit. She said it was negative, and prescribed antibiotics. What I’m I missing ? Oops one other thing she filled out my jobs sick form incorrectly which will probably denies me pay for the 3 days being out sick ..

First time using urgent care services and it was a great experience. There were a lot of people there for a Sunday morning but I was seen, treated, and left within a decent time frame. They accepted my insurance and worked with me on my treatment plan. Staff was very courteous, friendly, and professional. Would definitely recommend.

Everything went very smoothly and quickly. There was a huge line which was no fault of the staff. With the new Covid restrictions so many people are waiting for a test to travel. So we knew there would be a line. I think they did an excellent job of seeing patients and expediting. They were efficient and also friendly and warm despite how busy they were!

Superb care! I have been to AFC doctors on three occasions. All three times the care has been exceptional. Wait time has been minimal. Doctors are knowledgeable and care is comprehensive. Office staff and nursing staff is also excellent. Ive had Henry Snyder as my nurse on two occasions. He has been exceedingly kind, thorough, and compassionate. Would recommend without reservation.

I found this to be an overall excellent experience! The staff was friendly and personable, and it was 7:00 at night after I am sure a long hard day! I did feel somewhat rushed by the doctor who saw me, and felt that she sort of threw an antibiotic at me before I knew it. HOWEVER, a couple of days later, a different doctor called me personally to double check on how I was feeling. He was so sweet! WHO DOES THAT?!?! I was very impressed with this place!:)

The guy Keyon was very caring, professional and informative with information.But they need to attend to their bathroom. To get water to come out of the sink you have to press down on the knob and once you press down, the water DOES NOT STAY ON! So how are you suppose to adequately and properly wash your hands. Normally when you press the knob, the water stays on for a few minutes, but not this one. You press it once, once you press it, the water goes off it’s like you got too press and hold with the other hand which is ridiculous. Also there was no paper towel in the bathroom.They should make sure the water stays on so you can wash your hands and also make sure the water is hot

It’s the place that you would recommend to your friends in a heartbeat. Clean, quiet, warm and welcoming.Had to do student/employment Covid test. Called in advance, and they actually picked up. Showed up and they gave me the form to fill out and told me about the wait time.Less than an hour later, I was tested and attended by a doctor, in a very friendly and welcoming fashion. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Always prompt, excellent, thorough visits. Very clean. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable. The doctor takes the time to talk to you and discuss your complaints and diagnosis. I have been absolutely thrilled at the care I have received here over the last several years. Not one complaint.

Amazingly quick & easy experience. I was having an issue with my eye & wasnt able to see my GP until the following week, so I went to AFC & they had me in & out in under an hour.Staff couldnt have been friendlier & Doctor George DiRago was terrific - great bedside manner as he diagnosed my issue & then called in a prescription, which I picked up on the way home.It all worked out well & if I have another issue, I wouldnt hesitate to return.

Zeros across the board. Everything from my initial intake to the actual doctor. The intake assistant looks inexperienced and scared to be around sick people. She did my flu test and was afraid to even do the culture correctly, so the first test was unreadable. After the doctor finally entered the room to check on me, she kept insisting I do an further testing (covid,flu,etc. workup) even thought I informed her I had recovered from covid over a month ago - probably to get more money for labs/testing. When I was onto her (because I have a family full of oncologists/specialists and pharmacists), she refused to give me antibiotics for my bacterial infection, common cold and congestion. Her bedside manner and appearance all indicate that her training/schooling was inadequate. I will be spreading the word to everyone I know not to come to this UC.

Lets just say I was that 7:59pm patient and was expecting the eye roll.. lol...Instead, I was welcomed and greeted with such politeness! Staff was great and the Doctor was fast and wonderful himself.Definitely coming back when a urgent care visit is needed!!

I came here to get my wellness yearly physical and some labs, and a PCR test done before a procedure. When I got there I was told it could not be done and I could only get a physical if I was sick because they only take care of sick patients. I told them my primary care doctor is booked up until June and the website states I could get at least a physical. I even showed them the order from the doctor on what needed to be done. I was never offered to even pay out of pocket for it (which I would of done). Just turned away and ignored while staff was gossiping. Very unprofessional. I went to CityMD to get it done there instead. As a medical professional, I would never recommend this place.

My experience at this urgent care center was Horrible. I came in with a 2day wound from metal. I’m allergic to Tetanus. I had to ask the Dr if he was going to put gloves on. He actually hesitated before saying yes. I asked him to wash the wound. He stated that he doesn’t do washing of wounds. He offered me a sealed scrub brush with disinfectant in it. He said I had to go home and scrub my wound 3-4-5 times a day. That it was infected. I asked him several other times to wash my wound. He said his assistant would take care of me. I asked her to wash the wound and she handed me several other scrub brushes and slapped a bandaid on my infected uncles Ed wound.I then went to a hospital ER and told them about this urgent care center and they were shocked at how they didn’t take care of me. The hospital soaked my wound for an hour before taking X-rays to make sure I had no metal in my wound and told me “to keep it dry and prescribed antibiotic, gave me two and sent a script to my pharmacy.Do not go to the urgent care that I described above.Their Dr and his assistant should not be practicing medicine.

When I walk in, I was so sick, the nurse took care of me in less than 5 mins, then the Doctor, is the best doctor, please everyone come in to this awesome doctor, he was nice, understandable,polite, knew what I had from the beginning, make me feel like at home, and the next day in the morning, they call me to follow up and to see how Im feeling, this was a 5start urgent care.... I love them!!!!! You will never received this care not even in a private doctors when you pay a lot more. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone...

The day I went they opened at 10 am. I was there at 9 am. First I stopped at the City MD nearby and their line was so long the end of it was at the entrance. This line was also very long but not as bad. After three hours of waiting on line outside they handed out numbered forms to fill out. They let five or six people into the waiting room at a time. Once they had my paperwork, license, and insurance card I was told to wait in my car. They called when it was close to my turn to wait indoors. Once I was called it was very fast, five minutes max. In total it took four hours. I received the results two days later.

I went there for the first time, wait time was average for a doctors office. Staff was nice enough and attentive. It is flu season, saw them because I’m feeling very ill, I feel like the doctor has minimized the diagnosis that she came up with, I’ve been sick in bed for 5 days with sinusitis?I was just thinking I need to be re-evaluated.

I had a very positive experience in this facility. The wait time was minimal and the DR. Was very professional and knowledgeable about my illness. The appropriate testing was completed and results were known within minutes. I would go here again, and highly recommend to others

My husband and I had been sick one after the other from New Years eve from severe cough and congestion which we thought was simply due to exposure to cold weather. But after my husband threw up twice last night, there was no way postponing to get medical attention for both of us. Ive heard about Doctors Express in Hartsdale so it was a chance for me to check it out myself now that we needed medical care. I was so impressed at the welcoming and immediate attention accorded us. Dr. Tugetman was so pleasant, thorough, and gentle with his examination on us. He even warned us that we will not like the swab he had to do but was necessary to determine if our illness was due to influenza as he suspected. Letting us know what to expect ahead of time definitely removed our anxiety. My husband even commented That wasnt bad at all! The long and short of it, we went to Doctors Express feeling glum but left with a happy face feeling much better and very thankful for the kind of service we have received. Marlene, the Clinic Manager, even searched for a pharmacy where Tamiflu was available since there is a manufacturer shortage after learning this from several of the chain pharmacies she had called. Miriam, the Medical Assistant, who took all of our vital signs and preliminary information needed and Kristin, the X-ray technician who did the paperwork on our discharge, were just as efficient in their field of work. I will not have second thoughts in recommending this urgent care facility to anybody who might need minor emergency medical attention.

Streamlined checkin process, clean environment, expedient processing, friendly yet professional service providers takes a great concept of accessible care and makes it exceptional. I am grateful they are in my neighborhood.

From the front desk to the doctors, everyone was very professional and courteous. Very clean facility. I only waited 5 minutes! Ill definitely be back and highly recommend this center. The doctor was very nice and I had a lot of confidence in her knowledge.

Wife came for a UTI. Waited about 20 min to get seen. Doctor medicated some antibiotics and we were out. I can tell you that Staff was great and attentive. Very friendly and knowledgeable.Will definitely come here next time we need an ER.

We are fortunate to have this medical facility in Hartsdale. I was so sick for a couple of days and hesitated to go to the doctor due to time issues. As I passed by Doctors Express, I went in and I waited just 10 minutes. I saw the doctor as it turns out, its a good thing I went in I needed antibiotics. They made a call over to my local pharmacy and I got the medicine. All within 1 hour of time. It was worth it. Very professional office and outstanding doctors. I will revisit in the future if necessary and highly recommend it.

I brought my daughter in for what I thought was something very scary. I was a nervous wreck! When the doctors nurse came in, she mustve sensed my anxiety, because she got a very sincere look on her face and just sat down right next to me. She knew I was scared, and she just listened intently while I shared my concerns and frustrations. Once I was done with my outburst, she just patted me on the shoulder, handed me a tissue box and said dont worry, the doctor is going to take very good care of her and smiled at me. I have never felt such compassion from a nurse before.And boy was she right! The doctor was very thorough and kind. He explained that it was NOTHING serious, and at the end of our visit, he brought me into his office where him and his nurse went over every detail with me. I felt VERY relieved. Normally when I go to this location I dont have a problem. Yesterday (1/3/17)however, was a different story. I was left in the exam room for almost 45 minutes, waiting for the doctor to appear with my strep/flu test results. I finally had to leave the room myself and ask the doctor in the room across from me if someone was coming. I tried to make allowances for the fact that it was very busy in the office at that time of day (5pm), and I knew it took time to get the results, but 45 minutes is ridiculous! When Dr. Jankowska came in the room, she apologized, but said she didnt see my name because it was entered in a gray area on the screen and not in the correct column, thats why she didnt come in the room. Then, after asking me three times (twice by the nurse, once by the doctor) which pharmacy I wanted to use, the nurse/assistant sent the prescription to the pharmacy I requested, along with another one. When I went to the pharmacy I instructed the prescription to be sent to, I was informed that my insurance wouldnt cover it because it was picked up at the other pharmacy. I then had to call urgent care back and explain the situation, which the nurse/assistant apologized and said she would call and cancel the prescription at the other pharmacy. That never happened, and after waiting at my pharmacy, I ended up paying $34.49 out of pocket for antibiotics which I now have to attempt to get reimbursed by my insurance company. Unprofessional!!!

Horrible and sarcastic dr. Went in bc my 2 year old didn’t have bowel movement in 3 days...nurse was nice front desks was nice...de didn’t introduce himself, told me what to buy over the counter ( my son is on iron supplements which cause constipation; he takes laxtitives for that) he barely touched my son, didn’t check it vitals....and tells me I can bless him but I’m not going to do surgery on him...::nevet going back calling corporate

I have gone to AFC Urgent Care a couple of time and recommended it to more than a few friends. Its very reliable, always friendly, efficient, and the staff always does everything they can to help you feel better.Theres a health services office on my campus and I never go there anymore because they usually just give us couch drops and free condoms. Afc Urgent care is genuinely concerned about how you feel and make sure you dont leave without some reassurance that you will be feeling better soon. I highly recommend them!

After a rough couple of days feeling miserable a quick stop by and was able to see the amazing Treva and fellow staff such as Henry whom had me feeling considerably better before I even left. This staff always shows the utmost of care n extremely gentle bedside manor. They can always tell exactly whats wrong and get me fixed up and back to my regularly busy life in no time. I appreciate them for all they do.

I have been here twice and taken my boyfriend and mother once before. We have had nothing but great service. The front desk is friendly and efficient. Ive never waited long to be seen. I would definitely recommend this urgent care!

As someone who hates going to doctors, this place has got me through a few rough medical issues as of recent and I am more than thankful for their wonderful care .... with a huge extra thank you to Treva, the best nurse Ive ever met. She talks to me in a way that makes everything ok and keeps me calm even through blood work and shots and tick removal. I appreciate her and this staff for all theyve done and continue to do !

Feeling so bad i couldnt take it anymore ! Stopped into AFC urgent care and had a wonderful experience! Friendly caring people ! My Dr. Was so friendly and explained what was going on. Followed her directions and i now feel better than i have in a month and a half ! Would recommend to everyone !

I should have looked at the reviews first before picking this place for a drug test. The wait time there is horrendous. Got there around 10 AM, waited for over 3 hours to give a urine sample. Guess how uncomfortable that is when youve been prepping. My advise, pick a different place with lower population. If I had known the wait time, I would have just drove another hour to some rural area.

Zero stars for todays visit. The MA saw me asked my name and what meds I am on, did a nose swab. PA came in and said your vitals were fine. I said i did not have my vitals taken. She stated the MA gave her my vitals, I was no it wasnt taken. She told me she would have the MA take it. She checked my upper respiratory and ENT and told me if my culture come back positive she will order me meds. My question is whose vitals are in my chart and why would the MA made such reporting that is inaccurate. SBAR failure!

Excellent service and attentiveness. Doctors have excellent knowledge and great bedside manner. Short wait time. Very nice, intelligent, organized support staff. Employees seem happy and calm. Overall great experience very accomodating all around. By the way I had 2nd degree burns and was in excruciating pain.

I came at 8:05 am to take a test I know because of covid the have their safety protocols but I was waiting outside for 30 min. and its really cold. I think its not ok to do that my recommendation if you come be ready with properly clothing. The staff is really nice 👌 good service

Everyone I dealt with here was very nice, and they got everything done as quick as possible without sacrificing service. Both the MA and physician I saw were very friendly and were curious as to why I was visiting the office that day. Would definitely recommend this urgent care to anyone.

I went last Friday night..... I was seen right away.... Everyone I encountered was pleasant & professional. Facility was clean & organized & up to date.I received several follow up phone calls to check on me(my own drs. office doesnt even do that!)Overall I would recommend AFC Urgent Care in Hartsdale, NY.

The web portal needs some work. I had my son tested there back on October 1 and created a login. After my test, I received the emails to check on my test but I couldnt log in to anything other than my sons tests from this past October. A very helpful staff person at Hartsdale agreed to email me my test results but it seems that if the website was sorted that it couldve been easier.

Tried AFC because my regular doctor who has an office across the street was closed. Fantastic experience. Very quick check in, saw Doctor right away. He properly diangnosed bronchitis and gave me exactly what I needed to get better. Feel great now. Looks like I have a new Doctor. Very happy I gave this place a chance. Efficiently run which is key when you lead a busy lifestyle. AFC clearly has its act together.

I came here after an old scar became infected. The staff was very nice - constantly offering me and the person I dragged with me water and making sure we were comfortable. They gave me updates as to what was going on and when I would be seen. The doctor was very nice and explained everything he was doing as he did it. He had to make an incision to look for a possible foreign body that caused the infection. Even in the circumstances, I was incredeibly comfortable and never had any pain. They called in my perscription even before I left so I was able to grab it on my way home. I was in and out in under an hour. I would definitely come here again if the need arose.

I was very impressed and satisfied with the knowledge of the staff at Urgent Care Hartsdale. It was like being in a Hospital emergency room , with the ease knowing that there would not be a long wait , and u left there feeling satisfied because u know they made the right diagnosis.

Today’s visit to AFC urgent care was first rate. Greeting me was their manager , Lisa who asked why I was in need of their services and I explained the necessity for my visit. The forms were filled out and the wait time less than 10 minutes. Anna’s their medical assistant was efficient, thorough and asked all the right questions referring to the proper forms created for patient intake needs. Enrique the other medical assistant was working with another patient and found time before I left to see how I was doing.Dr. Jankowska was able to discern and assess my issues and suggested although it’s Sunday to contact the medical provider that did the procedure involved. I did just that and he stated the need for a visit on Tuesday and said he was glad that I went to have this matter addressed. Worst experience at afc urgent care I understand that people made appointments to be seen, however sitting in a waiting room in pain for almost an hour watching people walk in and get taken to the back when their coming in three at a time and your alone is unacceptable. I have been to other urgent care centers and was seen within the first 20 even if people have appointments ahead. I Left at 6:40pm it is now 6:57pm in less then 6 mins I am already being seen for the pain and told what I can do to manage it if it wasn’t for my job I would of never went to afc it wasn’t my first choice and after this I would never step foot in that center again I would I could give a negative star.

All the staff members were very sweet and patient even on a busy day like the day after Christmas. Nurse Henry Snyder was the BEST, wonderful bedside manor and super helpful. Nurse Enrique was pretty cool too. I saw Doctor George DiRago he was kind and thorough and came in to check one me after each nebulizer treatment (I got 3) and prescribed meds that made me feel better in a few days. I definitely recommend this Urgent Care!!

Friendly staff, even though I arrived close to closing, I wasnt rushed. Within a few minutes after arriving, I saw the doctor and my prescriptions were called in before I left the office. I would highly recommend AFC, great service!

It wasnt very crowded when I got there so I was taken fairly quickly. I did wait a while in the exam room for the dr but everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. They were able to help me and then followed up with a phone call to me the next day to make sure everything was ok. I was very impressed with the whole experience.

The staff at AFC were very friendly and competent. I took my daughter to have her ankle e xamined. They communicated very well during our visit and were very efficient when treating my daughter, which included x-rays and a temporary cast.

I went there because of excruciating pains from Sciatica. Although I was the only one there, I had to wait. After I was put into a room and had ny temperature taken, I was left in the room .......waiting. When the doctor did not come in after 20 minutes, I decided to leave for the hospital. The doctor saw me leaving and decided his paper can wait.The only reason I gave a 3 star is because they took care of my problem and I was able to leave without pain.

The doctor here is top notch. I had my shoulder pain looked at at another place and they could not figure it out. The doctor was able to very quickly identify what was wrong and prescribe the right medication to help resolve the problem.

This urgent care is wonderful, the entire staff was helpful. Ceara who was at the front desk was very polite and helpful, Treva and Dr. DiRago were nice and answered all of my questions, and Enrique was very helpful with making sure I was comfortable and took my information quickly. Very fast, polite staff. Would definitely recommend.

As this was my first time to this facility, the staff were welcoming. However, as steps have changed for drug tests, it would have been very helpful had they explained the very detailed process BEFORE I filled out and signed the form. Because I exercised a habit which violated the test, I had to wait 2 hours to start the test again or risk my new job being informed that I REFUSED to take the test which is wildly untrue since I was there to TAKE THE TEST! My suggestion would be to place a sign AT THE TOILET as a reminder to not flush the toilet. There were way too many criteria to follow for a simple piss test; touch this, dont touch that, do this but dont do that etc. It was a bit much. A large chunk of my plans for the day were ruined. Otherwise, again, the staff was welcoming and accommodating.

Excellent experience! Friendly staff doctor was very professional and comical ir helped ease the pain! Wait was very short. I highly recommend this office to anyone who is in need of care but not as urgwnt as going to the emergency room and waiting for hours.

This is the 2nd time I have had to call to get my results when I was told they would email the results upon receiving them. The representative I spoke to said “Well, we get busy sometimes.” She didn’t offer any apology for the delay even after letting her know this is a priority for my work. Silence on her part- and then said I’m sending you an email now. So Rude! I’ll have to find another location to get my testing done.

The wait is never long, even when they are crowded. This is the only one I go to. And as soon as you get called to the back you get checked right away. The doctors take their time and actually check you. Never left there without a solution to my problem. Only had one bad experience with one female doctor there but shes not a normal there so I didnt let that stop me from coming back.

The people that work there are so courteous and knowledgeable. The best part of going is its minimal wait time. Even when the office is crowded they get you in and out asap but always take the time to listen and take care of the reason your there. Any time Ive had to rush there had nothing but a satisfying experience. I highly recommend their services.

My husband brought my 11 month old daughter there yesterday. She was seen my a Dr. Noreen Zafar. Im not sure what her problem was but she was very rude, standoffish and argumentative.My daughter was brought in for a runny nose (Dad is FDNY and needed a note). Again shes 11 months old and is teething. Dr. Zafar walked in the room, didnt introduce herself, shrugged, asked who the patient was and whats the problem. VERY COLD. Almost as though she was being bothered.Terrible bed side manor and absolutely no caring touch. Briefly she looked in my daughters ear and immediately diagnosed her with an ear infection.; to which she prescribed an antibiotic. Personally I dont think this diagnosis is correct and the meds prescribed werent necessary.Moving along, she went on an on about my daughter being under weight. Possibly, shes on the smaller side but shes not malnourished and has met all her milestone. This doctor felt the need to give my husband a speech about why we shouldnt give store bought baby food and how terrible store food is. Oh and we need to go buy fresh fruits/veggies and make it at home. She even came up to the front to shove a growth chart in my husbands hand.Dr. Zafar needs an attitude adjustment! Not going back! We didnt come there to hear her personal thought and views on baby food.

If I could give no stars I would....took my son for a rapid test for international travel. The result had to be submitted for approval to the country we are going to....they denied it because this urgent care dated the results for OCTOBER 30, 2021.....My flight leaves in less than 10 hours and now we cannot go. I am livid!!!!!!!

I have taken my daughter, husband and myself to AFC Doctors Express in Hartsdale and the experiences at this facility have been wonderful. We have been seen for many ailments, injured knee, concussion, earaches, sinus infection, etc. and have left the office feeling confident with our treatments/recommendations and always pleased with the service from their great staff!!

I got there around 8:45am and was able to be seen and sent on my way by 9:15am. The staff was very professional and seemed to genuinely care. This was my 2nd visit there and I was very pleased😃👍🏾

Staff is friendly yes. However, people are waiting on line by 6am TWO hours before it opens to guarantee they will be seen for a covid test. Staff doesn’t begin to walk in until after 8:30am, though it states they’re supposed to open at 8. You have people waiting hours prior and don’t have the ability to get to work on time? Very upsetting.

Very easy to deal with. People were courteous and helpful. The doctor prescribed exactly what I needed to heal me not like my own primary doctors office. I think Ill be visiting here from now on.

The service and location is great. I have been here three separate times. The wait time is not long. I had an X ray done and a prescription sent to a local pharmacy. I highly recommend this location. I have no issues or complaints.

If i could give it 0 i would’ve called in the morning to check in and to see if they take my insurance and to see if they close at a time they said yes and i can walk in whenever before the time… i go and they were “closed” had a sign saying “sorry we closed “ i live an hour away for them to do that! and it’s supposedly not the first time they done that multiple people were outside standing and calling and trying to see why they closed earlier at 3 and not 5 on a sunday… that’s so unprofessional at least give a call back and let us know…. that’s just crazy… i was really upset and so most of us… that needed there service for different occasions…..

Miserable Service. After failing to update my address on their part when I had told them, I never received a co-pay balance. They sent to collections rapidly. Got real sick and showed up just to say I owed $75 to be seen and it’s a $50 co pay all of a sudden, double from last time. This is after having me wait in the lobby for 20 minutes extremely sick before saying anything. Don’t go here. I know I, or anyone I know, never will again.

Was able to see them for a rapid covid test after my kids pediatrician turned us away for a sick visit. Due to them having asthma and allergy symptoms during allergy season...what a bummer smh.. Thankful to the Dr and her staff made my day feel so much better. Screw Covid

I took my son to urgent care because of hitting toe while playing basketball and headache (we thought it may be an ear infection). The doctor never even touch his toe when examining him. She just said he needed an x-ray and to come back tomorrow for it. She checked his ears and said that he didn’t have an ear infection. But she didn’t check him for any other reasons that he may be having headaches like strep or muscle tension. We took him to a different place and they check him for strep. No strep but we found out the headache was coming from tension in his shoulders. The Dr. cleaned up the bleeding toe, had him wiggle the toes, applied pressure to see where the tie hurt. She applied neosoorin and buddy tape his toes for him to rest his big toe.

The staff was really nice, but they ran no tests and misdiagnosed me, plus the facility was dirtier than others in the area.

The worst urgent care that I’ve ever came to not only was I disrespected by staff I wasn’t see as a patient. I called to make up a complaint and nobody is answering me or calling me back. They’re not taking anybody seriously here don’t waste your time go to city MD instead or anywhere else but here. They also said they called me back and never did.

My daughter was so scare about to get the COVID test but the lab technician/nurse was so kind, friendly and make the experience more comfortable for my little girl.

Everyone was very pleasant! The doctor I saw his name was Dr Dirago very knowledgeable and experienced since that is very important. I would use Doc express again. This actually was my 3rd time. Thank you.

Staff was friendly, and courteous. It had snowed that Saturday. I got there early. My only means of getting back home was waiting outside and they quickly assisted (mind you I was the only patient there at the time). I was out in 15 minutes or less. Thank you!

Came here for a COVID test. The staff does a terrible job managing the queue. People behind us were called before us. Do not come here if you don’t have two hours to waste.

The wait here is always so long. It doesnt matter if theres one person ahead of you or 6. Once youre seen, they are attentive, but so are other urgent care clinics.

From the second I entered the facility I was treated with kindness. I was seen by the Dr in the time I was told and the Dr had knowledge to share with me and helped within minutes. I was not rushed at all.

They took me very quickly, they could see I was in a lot of pain. They were able to diagnose the problem- ear infection. They prescribed amoxicillin for 10 days along with drops and advil. Prompt and good work

Quick service, very nice staff. Took me as a walk-in and I had no issues at all. If ever I need quick treatment again, Ill go back.

Been here for almost 4 hours. It’s not crowded so not sure what the problem is (8 people were here when we walked in). If they are short staffed they should have let us know it’d be a long wait when we checked in and we could’ve gone elsewhere. They also took in before us people who came in after us. RIDICULOUS. Will never come here again.

I am always well taken care of when I go to AFC. Our entire family goes here when we arent feeling well. They always ensure to call and follow up to see how we are doing. I appreciate that greatly.

As a former ems / Firefighter ever thought that with my significant other suddenly having uncontrolled shivers, a fever of 102.0 and showing obvious signs of tremors and potential convulsions thought that the receptionist would think for one second that I thought her question of me 51 being the son of a 50 year old women was at all humorous then the nurse to state that I might be the father of my 50 year old significant other was funny as I now requested that I speak to the Director would go refused, I took my ailing sweetheart out this door and to a more serious competent doctor in Yonkers where she was evaluated with 102 fever and raising, potential kidney stones and the maltreatment she received. Maybe we will seek a malpractice suit.

Very professional and friendly. The wait was a little long (30 minutes) but once inside they assisted me, diagnosed me and sent me on my way. They are extremely friendly and professional.

Horrible experience, I went to get a COVID test and they told me they loss the specimen, I call their lab they say they have the specimen. I call back afc and they say give us a few hours. Is horrible I won’t never thought this will happened to me.
